What if we don’t have the source code?
We can still work out what the app does from the store side. The diagnosis then says what rebuilding it would take.
Can you work on it while the store is live?
Yes. We test fixes on a development store first, then deploy at a time that suits you.
Will you look after it afterwards?
If you want us to. A bug in what we fixed is fixed by us. Anything new is scoped like any other job.
